o Speak to your doctor first before taking PrEP.

o Speak to your doctor to check which dose is the right one for you.

o Make sure to take your PrEP every day at the same time. If it is incorporated into your daily routine, you will be less likely to forget to take it.

o You need to make sure to visit your PrEP provider every 6 months. This is vital as you need to have regular kidney function tests.
